Seems to be a lot of money splashing around atm...how come none of this has ever gone into things like policing and NHS before and why are we now squandering it on bolstering up Brexit? I’m asking

I'm ignorant to the machinations of all of this, but why does this feel like a cash grab for government partners and contractors?
Oh let’s sweeten the public up with spending to make out no deal won’t have any affect on us and then ask us to pay for all the spending through more austerity in the future when all calms down.
Since the currency is plummeting, it's sort of the same figure as last week.
