Square, the Twitter CEO’s payment company, sues for refund and claims current taxation is ‘unconstitutional’

Jack Dorsey, whose company Twitter has long benefited from a huge tax break to operate in San Francisco, is now suing the city for a $1.27m tax refund for his company Square.

I’m pretty sure jack will lose this legal battle. It’s as plain as the nose on one’s face that Square is a financial services company not an “information” one.
