Ortom had, earlier in a letter to the House, requested approval to borrow the N12.11 billion, out of which N10billion would be used for infrastructural development and other needs of governance in the state while the remaining N2.11billion will be for UBEC counterpart fund.
To finance which infrastructure? What has he done with the bailout monies given to him in the last four years? The governor is a joke! Smh!
Which infrastructure in the state? He borrowed loans in his first tenure for the same infrastructure but couldn't build even a drainage system and he wants to borrow another loan again. It's just unfortunate.😂😂
With the rate at which state governors are borrowing one can hardly think of the level of poverty Nigerians wil be in 30 years time
