MANILA - Instead of competing, the Philippines and India need to “complement” their strengths in the business process outsourcing industry given that both countries are leaders in the field, President

Rodrigo Duterte told Indian President Ram Nath Kovind Friday.

“The Philippines and India are at the forefront of the global IT and BPO industries, a shared distinction that encourages us to cooperate more so that we can complement each other’s strengths,” the Philippine leader said.
