After that moment at the event, Montgomery decided to rebrand the agency. Montgomery and her team focused on consumer seduction. “It is basically the neuroscience that all of these massive marketing campaigns are taking into account when they're putting products in front of us,” she states. Her company uses cognitive triggers in web design and marketing to improve conversion, communication and increase bottom lines.

“In the beginning, no one took me seriously,” she humbly states. “It was extremely hard to get clients because they're used to a very specific archetype for this kind of technical work that's expensive. Instead, I took that and I weaved it into our branding.” In the first year of Montgomery starting her business, her dad passed away.
