ikemaboe very well done sir 👍

Secures R200 billion for the who? Mxm

PR at work.. unemployment highest in 11yrs

A pledge is defined as a solemn vow and doesn’t translate to money in the bank!🤦‍♂️

Can there be a register and documentation eg block chain or something. Where everyone can check where this is being invested and used. SARS wants records of all our normal peoples transactions. Why can't it be the same both ways?

What exactly is the correct figure?

'...investment pledges' are one thing, hard, tangible investment another.

😂 The have already divided it among themselves at Luthuli house

Send us proof..sikhathele amanga

I pledge to lose my spare tyre by Xmas...hmmm, actually been pledging that for many years.........

Kkkkk

Lol so much monies why don't you give South African R1 million each since we are 56-58 million. So that a individual can start his/her business because most of our people don't start business because of funding

Wat about employment😳😳

I can imagine them now, rubbing their palms together with a huge grin on their gaces ready to loot e every rand of it. LGE is also drawing closer, Luthuli House isn't having it either, they'll need a large chunk in order to campaign with food parcels and buy new branded BMWs etc.

Great news but we want to see the investment and the jobs - not just pledges please

Nxa aargh

Wow why are so many people so negative about the investment pledges... Can we focus on support for a change?

There's nothing fascinating in charming the investors, the money they are investing in the country it's a loan there's no free lunch

Funny how the Asian leaders always in picture and Nobody else

From China?

NimNgw I wonder what he offered in return? Nothing is for free, especially R200bn

🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦

Anyone can pledge. This shows this president is clueless about things. Unemployment will rise more.

Selling this country is the only goal this money lover has

Mmmmmh if the money ever materializes I hope it will be invested in the economy and 9t in a few privileged pockets

Actually over R300 billion, according to Ramaphosa.

Pledges are one thing ... let's celebrate when we actually see the money flowing to the right people/organizations. And that this then translates into proper jobs ... not jobs for cadres

Sweet, and the cadres will loot half that, if not more. Wish I could operate the same way in my business. I can only hope and pray I’m wrong.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Greedy little hands are plotting how to get the money into grubby little pockets.

Capture looming

I hope that money will serve its intended purpose.

How are we paying this money back!?

Cyril is borrowing money everywhere, this country will be deep in debts

I pledge another $5bn. See anyone can do it.

HEHEHE he will be a trillionaire by the time he leaves the office with all the money he is getting in return for selling our country to Asians

R50b goes to MYANC CyrilRamaphosa

Well done mr President. That's a milestone achievement. The money must be strictly monitored so that it could be utilised for the purpose it was destined for. Our youths will soon get jobs. Thanks a lot for working so hard for this nation. Thuma mina dividends

I'm sure that will evaporate into SAA and Eskom like an early morning mist in the hot sun. Water through a sieve.

Just pledges nothing signed to assure us their commitment into this R200bn investment he claim the country secured.

More money to steal...yeahhh!!!!

The Man is doing some good. If it was Zuma this will be the amount we are loosing.

I'll wait till there's a meaningful reflection on our economy; debt to GDP, employment, Inequalities(quality of life), etc - till then🛀

Until we see the number of unemployment goes down, we will believe this

Yena nah.

lol, just time to give it all to eskom for their Xmas bonuses!

Peanuts.

We have been hearing this type of news since the start of CR's reign. How about some action already.

Cyril pretends he’s going to turn things around. Companies pretend they’re going to invest. It’s a wonderfully exciting game!

And how the corrupt and the unions can screw it all up
