Five suspected rhino poachers arrested in Limpopo via SABCNewsOnline

Their arrest follows the discovery of two rhino carcasses covered with grass and twigs - apparently to hide and delay their discovery.have been arrested at the Kruger National Park’s Malelane section in Limpopo.

SANParks spokesperson Ike Phaahla, in a statement, says that the suspects were found with two fresh rhino horns, a high calibre hunting rifle and poaching equipment at the weekend. This offenses are not dealt with decisively

Good. Last month GOOD called for (1) the maximum value of fines for dealing in rhino horns to be increased and (2) for fines to be applicable *per rhino horn*. Poachers caught with 2 horns cannot receive the same fine as a trader with 100 horns.
