The department of mineral resources on Friday published draft amendments to the mineral and petroleum resources development regulations for public comment. I thought we were trying to attract investment not lose it!! The Gvt's inability to engage with reality is staggering! I agree that businesses should do their part but the Gvt needs to provide an enabling environment first!! Our economy is in the dwangs already!
