A father and son owners of an Adelaide concrete company face court after an investigation into a fatal truck crash in the Adelaide Hills that killed one of their employees.

The father and son owners of an Adelaide concrete company have appeared in court charged with manslaughter after an investigation into a fatal truck crash in the Adelaide Hills.His employers have been charged with manslaughterThe driver of the truck, 30-year-old Parafield Gardens man Abraham Jabateh, was killed when his vehicle hit a tree and rolled onto its side on Spring Gully Road at Piccadilly on October 12.

The pair appeared in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court today and were released on bail for $5,000 each. Victim Abraham Jabateh was a well known singer in the Adelaide Liberian community, going by the stage name Deep Black. She said they had placed a letter on all of the company's trucks last night explaining what had happened, also telling workers, if contacted by police or SafeWork SA, to answer all questions truthfully and to cooperate.
