With much success as businesswoman, Courtney Ajinça shares how she went back to the drawing board amid the pandemic to grow her luxury events and interior design company.

“I started creating floral arrangements. And, it caught on! A lot of people started watching it, I started getting tons of feedback, and people loved it. That was a way for me to practice self-care,” said Ajinça.

“A lot of event planners and people in the events industry started reaching out to me to inquire about one-on-one coaching and mentorship. So, I utilized those messages, emails, and used their feedback to curate different packages for people,” she shared. While the biggest odd of 2020 for event planners was undoubtedly the coronavirus, Ajinça and her team made it their business to pull off what some have deemed the most extravagant and the largest attended wedding of 2020. And, it was no easy feat. Yet, Ajinça said that she wouldn’t have been able to get through the event planning process and execution with any bride other than Bailey.

It was a top priority of Bailey’s to ensure that her guests' health was not compromised as a result of celebrating her and her husband’s union.
