Denise White, sports crisis strategist and founder of EAG Sports Management, has pushed boundaries in the sports industry. Jennifer Aniston signed on to produce and star in 'The Fixer,' chronicling White's life. It is due for production in 2021 as a television series for Apple TV.

"I was like, 'what does that mean?'" White laughs."'Help you out? What am I going to be doing?' I'm educated. I've been a journalist. I feel like I'm beyond picking up somebody's dry cleaning, but I'm also not too proud to know that I need a paycheck. I became his personal assistant slash manager. What I found when I first started working with him was that he needed a lot more than just someone to like to pick up his dog.

At the production's wrap party, White met Tony Gonzalez, former NFL tight end. At the time, he was in his rookie year. As their friendship grew, he noticed how White helped the entertainers and asked if she would help him. "When I first started out because I was a woman, I always felt I needed to be tough," White states."That was with everybody. Somehow I couldn't be feminine because then I would be looked upon as someone to get over on or she didn't know her stuff, or she's just a woman trying to work in a male-dominated industry.
