A female former employee of Elon Musk's SpaceX, in an essay published Tuesday, alleged that the space company's workplace is 'rife with sexism.'

Kosak started at SpaceX as an intern in 2017, before the company hired her full time in 2019. During her time as an intern, Kosak alleged, another intern "grabbed my butt while I was washing my dishes" in the company's housing. She said she reported the incident to two colleagues, including a superior, but that "the matter was never brought to HR" and that she continued "living in residence with this man.

In 2021, as a full-time employee, Kosak brought further "incidents of sexism to HR," including ones that she witnessed, she said. "A week later, I was contacted by HR and confronted with invasive questions regarding the nature of the harassment," Kosak said. "a-------" are people who "interrupt others" and "create a hostile environment where no one wants to contribute." But Kosak alleged in her essay that SpaceX's culture does not follow that policy in practice, writing that "each and every man who harassed me was tolerated despite the company's so-called no-tolerance and no-a------ policy."

"Gwynne [Shotwell] was not happy to hear that a manager was spending two hours with his intern," CrowleyFarenga said. Kosak alleged that some of SpaceX's buildings "run on gas generators," saying that "funding is not being dedicated to reducing carbon emissions."

More hit pieces to try and hurt Elon musks companies. When will this network give the same attention to the many many many problems that the other companies have? Or are they not going to report unless they get paid to do so?

so when she failed to deliver stuff just like the male in the team, and she did not get the promotion, she claimed that the company is sexism huh? And she is not dare to disclose her name? Feel a shame being called woman when there are bitches like that.

Oh please
