This home, designed by a Dublin architecture firm, was built in 2014 and is a great example of contemporary style

is a four-bedroom home that was designed by ODOS Architects.

You enter the home into a hallway with solid oak flooring and a staircase to the first floor. Feature lighting, a light well and a floor to ceiling mirror mean light is diffused around the space, making it feel calm and welcoming. On the first floor, the kitchen and living spaces make the most of the natural light the house receives. An external courtyard connects the two rooms, and there is also a sun terrace, providing an outdoor space to enjoy during the warmer months, and a source of light all year round.

Outside, to the front of the house is a large gravelled area, providing plenty of off-street parking, while electric gates provide security and privacy.
