'Carnage' - Man describes attempt to see rental house in Dublin.

"Like many people at the moment, trying to find a house in Dublin is just carnage at the moment.

"I actually found myself really fortunate that I got word back that I was going to be able to see a viewing.He says he got a call earlier on Tuesday about the property, and was told to turn up between 8.30pm and 9.30pm."What I didn't realise is about 100+ other people had also been told the exact same thing.Conor says he posted the pictures"just to kind of show what the situation was like.

It's not rocket science. As long as local authorities use private housing for social housing under HAP they will cause increasing price soars and shortage. Going on for a decade. County Councils are root cause.
