Through 2026, United plans on growing its capacity at Sky Harbor by 80%. Right now United is the fourth-largest carrier operating at Sky Harbor and Phoenix is United’s fifth-largest operation. “It’s a premium product with a ton of demand right now. Coming out of Covid having our clubs and lounges available is super important to our customers,” McMillan said. “Whether they are traveling for business or leisure — and we’ve seen a ton of leisure traffic — those customers are still taking advantage of our lounges and we are happy to welcome them in.”
