These credentials are the jurisdiction of provinces and territories, not Ottawa.

Especially when the 'immigrants' being chosen come from 3rd world countries with lower standards of education, cleansiness and values. And we can see it in our cities, and towns, since 2015 the kind of bullshit that came to Canada have turnt it into a toilet of crime 🤮
