Growth planned for Prince Edward County farmer's market.

Prince Edward County Council decided to start the process to expand the farmer’s market with 20 additional spaces for vendors at their council meeting on Tuesday night.

During a motion to council, Councillor Phil St-Jean said they have received even more requests for local growers to participate in the upcoming season, and that the current space allotted wouldn’t fit them all.
