Multi-award-winning chef Janice Wong appeared unannounced and made the contestants replicate her original creation: The Super Tree Growth. Inspired by Singapore’s gardens, the dish comprised ten distinct layers of chocolate, mousse and a lava core assembled together through repeated dipping in liquid nitrogen.In the end, In their assessment, the judges praised the outstanding flavour profile across Singh's dishes that delivered surprises in taste and texture with every bite.
Singh and runner-up Tina Amin will share homewares and appliances from Kraton, KitchenAid and Global Knives and all three finalists will also each take home a Thermomix.
