Grapevine-based hotel firm NewcrestImage is asking for zoning to build a hotel in Plano's Legacy business park.

NewcrestImage is planning a new Plano hotel on the vacant corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Headquarters Drive, pictured in the lower right.NewcrestImage is asking for zoning to build a 165-room, six-story hotel in Legacy business park on the Dallas North Tollway. The 129,971-square-foot hotel would be built on the vacant northeast corner of the tollway and Headquarters Drive on a site that adjoins a new office building.

A New York investment group owns the office building.
