“We have conducted 50 inspections under Ops Kesan 2.0 and have issued 20 written notices under Section 21 of the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 2011 to various companies involved in transportation. Lilis added that Section 21 allows for investigations into how the companies calculate prices and whether there are any attempts at profiteering.
