Proceedings against Zuma were postponed last week so that outcomes of the hearing could be communicated to him by his representative and former ANC NEC member Tony Yengeni.The former ANC President states that the provisions of the ANC constitution allow him to appear before the National Disciplinary Committee in person.The ANC maintains that the disciplinary hearing against the MK Party leader will neither be held in person nor be made public.
