Police have stepped up patrols around the city’s Market Hall after reports of anti-social behaviour by youths.understands Markets staff and shop-keepers were involved in trying to stop what one eyewitness described as a ‘mini riot’.Up to 30 youths are understood to have been involved in the incident which took place around 3.45pm on Tuesday 22 October.
“Upon the arrival of police, the group quickly dispersed, and arrests were made.
