3M also got PT hikes at Barclays and Citi. 8. Deutsche Bank downgraded Chrysler and Jeep parent Stellantis to hold from buy and cut its price target after rough earnings last week. It's another stock that doesn't work anymore. 9. Morgan Stanley removed Club name Ford and named Tesla as its new top pick in the U.S. industry. Ford shares were hit hard last week after disappointing earnings. 10.
