The accused was arrested last week Monday at Mmakau village after being linked to the alleged murder of his girlfriend .
A 37-year-old man accused of the kidnapping, robbery and murder of his girlfriend is expected to apply for bail on Wednesday morning at the Brits Magistrate’s Court in the North West. Tebogo Setlhare, from Mmakau village was arrested for allegedly killing his girlfriend, Kgaugelo Tshwae last week.Police say Tshwae failed to return home last week Sunday after work at Hartebeespoort Dam with friends.
