Dewan Rakyat speaker Azhar Azizan Harun today admitted that he cannot speak on behalf of the government when executing his duties in Parliament.
In refuting allegations that he tried to do so in the House recently, Azhar said he did not side with any party when performing his duties, let alone speak for any side.
