"I made an embarrassingly stupid mistake, believing I was off-camera," he said. "I apologize to my wife, family, friends and co-workers."
Natalie Rabbe, a spokesperson for the New Yorker, announced the punitive action by the Condé Nast publication.According to Vice, Toobin's Condé Nast email address has reportedly been disabled.
