The quarterly RMB Business Confidence Index, which surveys leaders across major sectors, is now in positive territory of above 50 points.And the monthly index by business chamber SACCI shows confidence at a three-year high at 97 points.Sacci says an increase in export volumes and high prices for the country’s commodities are largely to thank for the improved sentiment.
But researchers warn the impact of the third wave and persistent electricity blackouts are causing grave uncertainty.
