The couple was caught on video damaging a car following a misunderstanding between two stall operators at the OUG morning market at Jalan Hujan Rahmat 2, Taman OUG here.
"The incident allegedly caused the front windshield of the car to crack and scratch," he said in a statement on Monday . "Police personnel were dispatched to the location and advised the individuals to lodge a police report.
