plans for a non-brokered private placement offering of 4,814,100 common shares to Intercap Equity Inc. at a price of $4.23 each for gross proceeds of $20.36-million.
The company, which does business as EINC, said it intends to use the proceeds towards its previously announced growth strategy and for working capital purposes.
