Current labour shortages would make it hard for another company to fill the gap right away, he said. Moreover, inflation has diverted spending away from restaurants and to grocery stores as Canadians look to save money, a trend that has likely boosted demand for prepared frozen foods, Charlebois said.

Read on. They are the worst pizza there anyway. Make room for better options. This is just a pause. Nestle will restructure its plants to process crickets and meal worms. I know most people reach for them out of convenience but those food items are highly processed to begin with. I don't use them personally so it will not affect me but I can see this causing a huge stir in the general Canadian public or at the very least the ones who consume them.
