Quinte West council is expected to sign off on an industrial land sale at it’s meeting Wednesday afternoon.
Five acres of vacant land in the North Murray Industrial Park will be sold to Derry and Tomken Business Centre of Mississauga for $250,000.One major local manufacturer, which can not be named at this time, will be leasing one third of the building
