Are we that money mad in this country that we are not interested in the heartache caused by the money meant for groceries, school fees, etc being spent on dagga? So shameful. No moral fibre anymore.
Just what we need. Allow people to smoke themselves into oblivion so nobody gives a damn about no jobs, no national airline, no electricity, no water, no pensions, no road accident fund. If our finance minister is a stoner, it explains why our country is failing.
