AMP chief gets pay rise of up to $1.8m despite company posting $2.5bn loss

Scandal-wracked financial services group AMP has given its chief executive a pay rise of up to $1.76m a year at the same time as unveiling a loss of almost $2.5bn.

Why ?

Doesnt the board have a fiduciary responsibility? The share holders can sue the board for breach of that duty
