Neighboring Hunan and Jiangxi have announced plans to stop farmers from breeding exotic animals, with cash offered for current stock. Great! Will they also ban working with corona virus samples in their biowarfare labs under sloppy security conditions? How about implementing a new policy of warning the world when they unleash a novel virus instead of encouraging international travel while banning local flights?
