Steven Carrillo, charged with killing officers, tied to Boogaloo - Business Insider

A second man, Robert Justus Jr., waswith aiding and abetting Carrillo in killing Underwood in the initial attack. Another officer was also critically wounded in the ambush. Authorities went on a manhunt following Underwood's slaying on May 29. The report cited an internal situation report from the FBI's Washington, DC, field office.warn that people associated with a right-wing social media group had "called for far-right provocateurs to attack federal agents" and "use automatic weapons against protesters.
