MakeIt The Federal Government and States have been doing “something” to accelerate woman in business. They have created a social, gender, disadvantage, hub zones, business sets seasides. Basically start-ups with direct awards. WashPost did a series on them reporting mix results.

MakeIt I've worked at lg companies. It’s amazing how much is done to help women/minorities be given a chance. Unfortunately, large companies often have career builder locations in small communities. Is this more of a sm company issues? More skill building forums would also help.
