Food is fundamental to health, but current diets are unhealthy. A quarter of adults and a fifth of children are obese, and diabetes rates are high and increasing. Yet at the same time more people are having to use food banks, and are going to bed hungry. The evidence is strong that eating less meat and dairy and more fruit and vegetables can reduce deaths from stroke, heart disease and diabetes.
Because if anything helps it’s an increase in taxes?
Nice to see a well paid middle class doctor putting up our food prices - thanks...
Why cant people learn how to cook at home like the ones who work from home. And carbon tax send the bill to boris he blows enough carbon out his ass
Oh don't be naive , tax is just passed on to the consumer and business will go on as usual. Subsidise the alternatives, or simply ban any foods whose production harms the environment.
