“This underscores the will and conviction of the Asia-Pacific to continue to resist the forces of protectionism in whatever form that they may come,” he said. In this regard, he said, the region had placed particular emphasis on shared prosperity to enable more effective and meaningful economic participation by all segments of the societies.
Meanwhile, Mohamed Azmin said the travel bubbles that were emerging within the region were a crucial development as these could possibly redefine the future of travel and tourism.
