The Larkin Sentral management said Sunday that they have received the green light to reopen from the Health Ministry.
It said that the market, located on the lower floor, and a portion of the food court, on the upper floors of the building which is adjacent to the Larkin Sentral bus terminal, would be opened to the public. “The management will continue to take optimum measures in accordance to the standard operating procedures.The ministry ordered the market and food court to temporarily close on Dec 16 after a staff member tested positive for Covid-19.
State Health Department director Datuk Dr Aman Rabu, who confirmed the incident, said the closure was to allow for the necessary clean-ups.
