Laughable forecast, wishful thinking beyond reason! Even ‘advanced’ countries with ‘no new ICE sales after 2030’ will still have Ms of used ICEVs in the parc, while countries that cannot afford new EVs and infrastructure will still be building ICEVs, on ‘hand me down’ tooling!
