He said that this is due to feedback from customers at the markets who have reported that there are people flouting the SOP, adding that Hawkers Department and Health Department officers would revisit the current SOP and conduct stringent enforcement.
He also said that the MPK Corporate Communications Department had come out with a simple set of questions on Friday to get feedback from the public. “Our aim is improving the MPK with people-powered data. The questions might be simple but the council can learn from the input and at the same time there is a comment box that allows people to share their views, ” said Dr Ahmad Fadzli.The
“Measures for these areas include separate entrances and exits, a guided walk path, controlled number of people at any given time and enforcement officers or Rela personnel stationed on-site, ” he said.
