Mark adds: ‘The view is absolutely stunning. It’s mainly enjoyed from the top two of the four floors.
‘The main bedroom has a full width balcony and the view takes in everything from St Ives Island, the harbour, the pier, across the bay to Godrevy and along the coastline to Godrevy lighthouse.‘All the way through the summer, from May to September, St Ives is a frenetic place but this property is in a very lovely quiet oasis.’
Of course, there’s always the option to buy and rent it out to holidaymakers – considering how popular the area is. Mark said: ‘Some of the sums being paid for holiday lets are eye-watering, particularly in peak weeks so an opportunity as rare as this will attract a mix of interest from holiday home and main home owners because of what it offers.’
