Ortom gave the advice during the 2021 Industrial Training Fund interactive forum with stakeholders organised by the Fund’s Makurdi Area Office.
According to him, “since white collar jobs are not forthcoming, skills acquisition remains the major area that can help the society reduce unemployment. Earlier, the Director-Generala , Joseph Ari, disclosed that it was the earnest desire of ITF to be in the lead in skills training in Nigeria and globally too.
“The Fund has strived in the realisation of this vision, particularly with respect to our being the foremost skills training development institution in Nigeria.”
