Sky News host Jenna Clarke says it will be “very interesting” to see how the markets respond to Woodside’s new $16.5 billion LNG project.
The Australian Financial Review is reporting Woodside Petroleum will be transformed by the new LNG project and its $41 billon merger deal with BHP Petroleum. “It’s going to be really interesting to watch how the markets respond to this because I think they’re sort of conflicted,” she said. “But they’re also thinking: ‘well great, these new projects are getting greenlit in specific states and territories in Australian – are we open for business?’”
