The newly appointed South Sydney NRL captain Cameron Murray has listed his Randwick investment apartment.

It was bought for $890,000 in 2017 when Murray was just 19 years old, having just played nine NRL matches in his debut season.It now has a price guide of $990,000. It was last available for rent at $495 a week in late 2020 so McPherson expects it might appeal to both owner occupiers and investors. Murray’s Rabbitohs predecessor, Adam Reynolds, who has made the move north to the Broncos, recently bought with wife Tallara paying $2.15 million on a six-bedroom home in Bunya, in the Moreton Bay region about 20 km northwest of Brisbane.The unit was last available for rent at $495 a week in late 2020.
