Lips were the only point of variation. Some girls had a nude “almost blank” lip, which Walker created with some leftover foundation or concealer, while other girls had “a blurred, brick red lip created within shade number 34 and applied with a soft blending brush for a defused edge.”
The hair also leaned into that ’80s vibe, scraped back and piled high in ponytails, tied together with a charming black bow. “It’s up and high, but looks self done and very organic,” explained hair stylist. “Not much product, texture spray to dry it with, pulled up in a high off-center ponytail, teased into shape with mousse and finally hairspray in an ’80s attitude.”
