KUALA LUMPUR, March 16 — Issues on postal voting for residents staying far away from registered polling centres, especially in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan, in the 15th General Election , as well as plans by the government to develop local electric vehicle industry will be among the highlights at the Dewan Rakyat sitting today.
