The power utility escalated rolling blackouts to Stage 4 last week, following a further deterioration of generation capacity. However, Eskom Spokesperson Sikhonathi Mantshantsha says power cuts are not expected for the rest of this week.
“In the peak of winter, Eskom will be able to supply 35 000 megawatts to the country, which generally is sufficient to get rid of load shedding, but that is only during that period. “Currently, Eskom is able with much difficulty to supply only 30 000 megawatts of electricity and should we have breakdowns – that is when you get such a statement. We will continue to have this constrained system until we are able as a country to have new generation capacity added, which is power stations being built,” Mantshantsha explains.
I have always hated Bitcoin and thought it was a scam until a friend referred me to _ambreymarcus1, I made my first withdrawal of R100,000 in 2 weeks thanks to _ambreymarcus1.
😂 The same as 'I may have a long life unless I die'. Or ' my car will run smoothly unless it breaks down'. I am glad I do not pay tv licence for this shit news. But we know Eskom and we know we cannot trust them.
I expect my car also to run non stop , unless offcourse...
The power stations experience frequent breakdowns so there will be load shedding!
Im willing to be an errand boy, a gardener or any form of odd job just to feed my children🙏🏾. They've been going to sleep on an empty stomach and that cripples me as a father. I humbly ask for any tinned food or grocer you don't need🙏
