This concept is based on the experiences of Xiacpooqui E. Varnatuipastish, who in 1979 changed his name to Tom Riggs.

Racism breeds laziness. People don't expect you to perfectly reproduce their name, especially if it comes from another language they speak that may be tough for native English speakers. But you should try. Far too many people won't though.
