For our listening audience today who might not be familiar with the Black Business Investment Fund, would you share a little bit more about the function of the BBIF and its mission? To put the impact of the BBIF into perspective, what kind of numbers are we talking about as far as the financial impact that you're having through the services and the funding that you're providing to these underserved businesses?

From your own studies, you have pointed out the fact that the racial wealth gap has not significantly improved much in the last 30 years and the pandemic certainly exacerbated a lot of that. How can the BBIF and others help address this ongoing need to significantly reduce that wealth gap?
